Mostly, they take care the part of backup and maintenace the system that have been deployed. For customer, the agreement of service level will be made when the solutions are provided. However, In service level described the details of

Product support
inform the customer about product, new release, problem analyst, and solution via telephone or electronic file. estimated time for each problem is depend. this depend of method that will be taken for a well result.

Problem solving
according to service level agreement, the cost of maintenance could be free. This except the upproperly use of product, lack of attention to the products, changing caused by other person rather than the company staff or technician. After the solution was made , it will be delivered to customer for the purpose of fixing.

New release and upgrade
in case of new release or upgrade product, the service will be depends on detail of each products and agreements that made.

 

Time of Service can be describe into 2 categories;

Standard service

  • actually, complied to common products that considered by the company. The service operation hours should be mon-fri, 9:00-18:00 o'clock.

Platinum service

  • actually, complied to complicated products or services, considered by the company. The service operation hours should be 24 hours everyday.
